辦公室收到了一些反映歪門邪道、怪力亂神、違背因果、以封建迷信來染污佛教的函件,同時也問詢到了社會上出現的很多仁波且等身份的上師,是否屬於正規的佛教、是否懂佛法、是否符合師資等問題,今特公告如下:

凡任何人,身穿仁波且裝,或披法師袍,或擁阿闍梨身份,包括持有認證書者,無論此人是哪一位法王、活佛、尊者或國際佛教僧尼總會認證團認證出來的或出具的認證書,均代表不了此持證人是否通達佛教、佛學、佛法,也不能確定此人是否是正知正見的佛教徒,而必須要拿128條知見來衡量,沒有落入128條邪惡和錯誤知見者,才是正知正見的佛教徒,這是鐵定的標準,沒有第二個標準。

凡任何身份的佛教法王、活佛、法師、阿闍梨等為師者,只要是此人對世人講說,把測字、算命、看相、打卦、陰陽、風水、易經、巫術、出神、飛欄、扶乩、揭幡、菩薩神仙附體等強加為佛教的一部分,凡封建迷信、迷惑眾生、坑害眾生、違背因果之一切惡劣之行,只要涉入其中一項,摻進佛教講解,此人必然屬於附佛外道或邪教邪說,或是怪力亂神、神棍、巫婆之類無疑!

當今末法時期,任何持法王、仁波且、法師身份證件者,都不能說明此人是真正合格的佛法上師,甚至其中有很多是佛教外行,所以大家一定要參見聖德身份為依據,更重要的是要拿128條知見去應證。即使擁有聖德身份,行人們也必須拿128條知見來印證該人,如有落入者,則說明該人存在著不同的問題。

I Finally Witnessed the Holy Fire-Offering Great Dharma That is Talked about in Buddhist History

After 80 years, the authentic “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma” was performed again to eliminates disasters, staves off hardships, removes hindrances and increases good fortune. The Vajra Maternal Buddha arrived in the sky and personally lit the fire.

(Reported by Nangqiong Nuosang) On September 19, 2018, one of tremendously holy virtue conducted a “Holy Fire-Offering Dharma Assembly” that was officially held at the Holy Miracles Temple in the United States. The dharma assembly took place at the Grand Hall of the Buddhas and the courtyard right outside the hall. It was a complete success.

The attendees of this dharma assembly, which is extremely rare and almost impossible to come by, attended under two types of karmic conditions. Under the first type of condition, there were direct attendees who are persons of holy virtue, eminent monastics, abbots of Buddhist temples, and leaders of Buddhist organizations. Their attendance was determined by a Yu-Zun, Wang Zha Shang-Zun, Mozhi Jiao-Zun, or Dharma King Gar Tongstan. Under the second type of condition, there were attendees whose attendance accorded with karmic conditions. They encountered the occasion by happenstance and hence attended the dharma assembly.

Fire-offering dharma is a great dharma in Buddhism. In Tibetan Buddhism, fire-offering is especially of significant importance. In places such as Tibet and India, even common people are almost all highly familiar with this well-known great dharma that eliminates disasters, staves off hardships, removes hindrances and increases good fortune. This Buddha-dharma is also known as the “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma.” However, the authentic “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma” is hardly performed even once in a hundred years. What people often attended were just regular fire-offering dharma assemblies. The empowerment produced from “Holy Fire-Offering Homa Dharma” and that produced from a regular fire-offering is as different as heaven and earth, as different as one step versus ten thousand miles.

When Wang Zha Shang-Zun and two great holy virtuous ones spoke about what they personally experienced, they said that in the last 100 years, the famous Master Pabongka, also known as the Great Sun Tathagata, and Kangsa Rinpoche, also known as the Great Moon Tathagata, had both performed this dharma. A great holy virtuous person of Gold Button Grade 2 said, “I have learned this dharma but have not succeeded in the practice of it. It appears that I am still lacking in dharma powers and abilities and that I still have to make efforts. In the last several decades, I have yet to see any great holy virtuous person, great dharma king, or great dharma master successfully practice a holy fire-offering dharma. If a holy fire-offering is not successfully performed, it can only have the effect of a regular fire-offering.”

What are the differences between a successful practice and an unsuccessful practice? First, people claim that the regular fire-offering dharma from the Tibetan tradition and the fire-offerings from the lineage of Eastern esoteric Buddhism (woodpile grand dharma assemblies) are so extraordinary. After looking into it, it turns out that the fire in these dharmas are lit by people. How could such empowerment be remotely compared to the empowerment from a fire ignited by Buddhas or holy deities? A holy fire-offering is different. It requires beseeching nine Tathagatas, Vajra Maternal Buddha, Prajna Maternal Buddha, and the holy assembly of dharma-protectors to personally arrive at the fire-mandala. It is an authentic holy fire-offering only when the Vajra Maternal Buddha arrives in the sky and personally lights the fire.

During this holy fire-offering dharma assembly, good and faithful Buddhists sat on both sides of the Grand Hall of the Buddhas. With watchful eyes, they personally witnessed in close proximity the whole process of that dharma assembly. The fire-offering mandala involves the use of numerous different dharma instruments. A cauldron was newly made for the fire-offering mandala just in time for the dharma assembly. It was a clean cauldron made of pure copper, with no electrical or ignition device inside. A flat table and all the dharma instruments, including the fire cauldron, were wiped thoroughly clean from top to bottom by more than ten volunteers on site. The fire cauldron was placed on that flat table. Pieces of sandalwood were put inside the cauldron. The table was then moved closer to the door of the Grand Hall.

The one of tremendously holy virtue who conducted the dharma performed the rituals in accordance with the dharma. The dharma seat of the one of tremendously holy virtue was about fifty meters away from the fire cauldron. Bodi Wentu Ru-Zun, a person of holy virtue at the level of Gold Button Grade 1, served as the “Fire-Ignition Guardian.” He soaked the fire stick with butter oil, then walked toward the fire cauldron. With each step he took, he chanted one mantra character. He originally intended to light the fire, but when he was about six meters away from the cauldron, he suddenly changed his mind. He stood still, looked up and said loudly, “This Holy Fire-Mandala Homa Dharma is being performed by the Namo One of Tremendously Holy Virtue. Would Vajra Maternal Buddha please ignite the fire. If Vajra Maternal Buddha does not ignite the fire, I, disciple Bodi Wentu, will ignite the fire.” He then made a deep bow. Standing at a place a distance away, the one of tremendously holy virtue then said loudly, “Would Vajra Maternal Buddha please ignite the homa fire to eliminate hindrances for living beings and increase their good fortune!” As soon as those words were spoken, Vajra Maternal Buddha suddenly appeared in the sky. I saw Vajra Maternal Buddha flick her finger sending forth a flash of light. The fire inside the cauldron then ignited. Initially, there was no trace of fire inside the cauldron; then, suddenly, the cauldron was ablaze with raging fire. Bodi Wentu was so taken aback that he quickly moved away. He then immediately turned around and began to prostrate. When everyone there saw from close proximity the sudden ignition of the flames, they instantly knelt on the ground and kowtowed. Everyone was extremely excited. Subsequently, in accordance with the rituals, the attendees began to pray and burn homa-offerings.

A Buddhist disciple took the initiative to place the vajra demon-subduing bowl, which is used in a holy fire-offering, upside down on a small flat table. According to the meaning of the dharma, demons and evil karma from everyone attending the fire-offering are collected and subdued inside the bowl. The demons tried in vain to escape from the bowl, using all of their strength to shake the bowl. At this critical moment, a sound of “Hong” was heard! Vajra Maternal Buddha launched a flash of lightning, turning all the malicious demons and black karma inside the bowl into pulverized powder. The souls of the demons were brought to a Buddha-land by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to be edified under rigorous discipline.

All these times, the one of tremendously holy virtue remained at a distance and did not come close to any dharma instruments or dharma tables. Subsequently, the great dharma of “Secretly Sending a Petition to a Bodhisattva” was performed. All attendees on site heard the inverted vajra demon-subduing bowl that they were viewing, with its opening completely sealed by the flat surface of the table, emit a loud sound of “Hong.” A flame resembling lightning swirled around the edge of bowl, then vanished. Thereafter, attendees of the assembly turned the bowl over and saw that there was nothing either under or inside the bowl. The “petition” secretly sent to the Bodhisattva had already been taken away. Under the watchful eyes of the assembly, the petition simply disappeared without a trace. The dharma of “Secretly Sending a Petition to a Bodhisattva” was successfully performed! Meanwhile, the burned demonic corpses emitted an extremely foul odor, much worse than any kind of stinky odor in the world. All those who sniffed the bowl found the foul odor so unbearable that their facial expressions looked distorted. The true state of the holy fire-offering dharma had been performed to perfection.

According to my understanding, the holy fire-offering dharma had not been successfully performed in more than eighty years. Everyone talked about it in theory, but Buddhas and Bodhisattvas did not appear. Regardless of who performed the dharma, there was not one holy homa dharma assembly that manifested the true state of the dharma like this one. That is to say, within the territory of Tibet, India, and other countries in the world, such a magnificent fire-offering dharma assembly did happen more than eighty years ago. Now is the second time it has happened, enabling us to personally witness and experience right then and there the supreme magnificence of the true dharma of the Tathagatas.

During this holy fire-offering dharma assembly, there were manifestations of unprecedented holy states and boundless mighty power. What is more magnificent is that the smoke from the fire-offering mandala rose up inside the grand hall, densely spreading over all of the top of the hall, yet the smoke detectors on the ceiling did not sound any alarm. That was so miraculous. Normally, when one is halfway through smoking a cigarette inside that grand hall, the alarm would sound, and water would sprinkle down. The power demonstrated by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in that holy dharma assembly was so marvelous and subtle.

Such were the extremely wonderful holy miracles from the holy homa fire-offering. The good and faithful Buddhists attendees were very moved. Even the well-known Mozhi Jiao-Zun lost his calm. He was so excited that his facial expression looked twisted. Everyone did their utmost to present offerings to the one of tremendously holy virtue, but the one of tremendously holy virtue did not accept even one cent, and simply told everyone to keep their offerings.

In this world, the Holy Miracles Temple has now established an authentic inner-tantric mandala because everyone on site personally witnessed the “Secretly Sending a Petition to a Bodhisattva.” However, the one of tremendously holy virtue said, “It would be best if you yourselves found one of greatly holy virtue to perform ‘Lifting the Three Vajra Phurbas.’ In this way, a real object can be placed there for worship to demonstrate that an inner-tantric mandala has truly been established.”

I personally attended that assembly in which the great dharma of the real holy fire-offering was performed. It made me deeply feel that what a great holy virtuous person said is correct: “A regular fire-offering in comparison to a holy fire-offering is like one hair in comparison to the hairs of nine oxen. It is just like child’s play.” No wonder a Jiao-Zun said, “The merit from a holy fire-offering in which Vajra Maternal Buddha appears in the sky to ignite the fire is several thousand times greater than the merit from a regular fire-offering in which a person ignites the fire.”

The fire cauldron, offering tables, and related dharma instruments used in that holy fire-offering will all be placed for worship at the Holy Miracles Temple.

At this point, I would also like to mention a very important matter. On September 19th after the holy fire-offering dharma assembly was successfully completed, the Namo one of tremendously holy virtue announced right then and there in the Grand Hall of the Buddhas: “Today’s great dharma assembly has already been conducted. Dharma King Gar Tongstan has been waiting for this dharma assembly. This is the last dharma assembly from which he receives empowerment.”

In an announcement issued by the World Buddhism Association Headquarters just a few days ago, Dharma King Gar Tongstan said that once a last dharma assembly is conducted, he would pass away as soon as possible in a state of liberation. Two dharma masters urged him to stay for the sake of propagating dharma to save living beings. The Dharma King said, “With the Buddha Master living in the world, my level of realization would not be of much use! Life is a dream. Sooner or later, one has to leave. When causes and conditions come together, there is illusory existence. With the ending of those conditions, such existence breaks down. That’s it. I won’t stay!” He also said, “I have control over my birth and death. I can leave at whatever time I want to leave. My situation is different from that of Zhao Yusheng, a person of holy virtue, who relied on Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to receive him at a set time.”

Dharma King Gar Tongstan truly fulfilled his words regarding his control over his own birth and death. On September 20th, the day after the dharma assembly, he took a bath, put on his dharma robe, and laid out stationary before his dharma seat. He wrote a farewell letter to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III ( 多杰羌佛 )in which he stated that he will “pass away in a state of liberation before the ink dries.” Having stated that in writing, once he put down his brush, he indeed instantly passed away in a state of liberation. Only someone who has attained freedom from birth and death can have such a state of accomplishment!

才智之出驗實於有為法也,其經驗之途由知識鑒故,由是之道則識廣才橫。

世間上的一切事情,無論是看得到的或是看不到的。只要是意識所能察覺到的一切,意識能起分別的一切事物,或有形、或無形,都稱為有為法。我們一個人的才華和知識、智慧和聰明,都是從一切有為法當中經過實踐而總結、提煉、鑒別出來的,所以說實踐出真知。因此我們的經驗,都是由知識去具體進行鑒別一切有為之法,並分別於每一有為之體的因緣別相而得到的,懂得了這個道理以後,自然而然就會學識淵博、才氣橫溢。

二○○四年十二月二十五日晚上十點多鐘,在美國舊金山市中心華藏寺(Hua Zang Si)亭園內,許多身著袈裟的出家人和很多在家人,有的坐在凳子上,有的干脆席地而坐,每個人的臉都仰對著天空,雙眼不停地掃際著天上低沉而濃厚的烏雲。我好奇地問:「這是在做什麼?」一個人小聲地回答說:「另外的天地就要出現了,等會兒佛的光輝就要來沐浴華藏寺了,這是歷史上少見的,你等著看吧。」

這時,我發現天上有些不對勁,臉上似乎有細毛雨的感覺,有人說這就是佛光的力量嘛。說心裡話,誰也不會相信濕漉的感覺代替佛光的邪說,我看有的人已不再相信佛將降臨光浴的聖蹟會出現了,但有的人卻說:「一定會的,大法王通知了,要大家看著,而且就在今晚!」

我對這神奇的說法也感到有些不置信,難道佛法真有這個威力嗎?一個知情的人士告訴我說:剛才,我們同姜淑蕙居士接到多杰羌佛第三世雲高益西諾布頂聖如來從墨西哥打來的電話,多杰羌佛第三世問:「看到天空的佛光沒有?」淑蕙和大家跑到亭園裡往天上一看,只有風雨欲來的濃厚烏雲在舊金山上空密布,根本沒有佛光,姜淑蕙回答說:「舊金山雲層很厚,不但沒有佛光,連月亮也沒有。」多杰羌佛第三世說:“這是西方第一個真正奉行佛陀當年教法、沒有門派分別的正法道場,今晚開光佛陀會從天空中施以五彩圓光籠罩沐洗華藏寺,你們等著看,一會兒雲會散開,佛光就會出現了。”聽到這一喜訊,我們大家才聚集在這裡等待看佛施光芒為華藏寺開光。

這僅僅是看見佛光嗎?

過了約半個小時,天上的雲越來越厚了,微絲細雨也開始降下來了,很多人都失望了,而有的人還是很自信,華藏寺住持隆慧法師說:「放心吧,我們多杰羌佛第三世是如語者、實語者,他老人家講的話從來真實不虛。」又過了半個小時,大約十一點半左右,天上的微毛細雨沒有下了,此時烏雲中間突然裂開一條縫,向南北方向各自分開,藍色的天空出現了,半月也出現了,三圈五彩的佛光由小至大,越來越強盛,放出耀眼光柵直接籠罩著華藏寺,佛光中並見到一根瑪尼金剛棒在佛光的中間慢速盤旋。

這僅僅是看見佛光嗎?

人們一下子沸騰了:「偉大的佛法、偉大的多杰羌佛第三世雲高益西諾布頂聖如來啊,我們看到了佛光,佛光真的為華藏寺開光了!」這時一位大仁波且說: 「大家安靜下來,這僅僅是看見佛光嗎?我們為什麼不深思一下,這哪裡只是一個看見了佛光的概念?要好好想一想,是什麼樣真實而偉大的佛法?這佛法在什麼地方才擁有?是什麼樣的大聖者才敢於對未來之事下鐵定性的斷語,竟然在聖蹟沒有發生之前,就敢讓大眾公開等待觀看,並且又實實在在地在一個小時之內讓大家見到了聖蹟的展現如言所說絲毫不差?頭腦再簡單的人也應該明白了吧!所以,這哪裡僅僅是一個看到佛光的概念呢?無論有多大的功夫本事,你能指揮天上的雲彩和佛光展現定位加持嗎?除了最偉大的佛法巨聖境界,別無他門!難道不是嗎?」

佛光沐洗華藏寺

美國三藩市華藏寺是佛教西土東來所開建的正宗寺廟,該寺依奉釋迦牟尼佛的教法修持而實行教授,容納了各宗各派,沒有門戶之見,所以不同於其他獨派起教專一宗風演化的寺院。

華藏寺的開寺,是西方世界的福音,也是為全世界增益福德的一件大事。開寺的前夜,佛施光芒沐浴華藏寺,佛法聖境展現於天空,令許多人歡喜讚歎,滿懷崇敬,也使我記憶深刻,畢生難忘。

       記得那是二零零四年十二月二十五日的晚上,我們大夥人都住在離三藩市市區不遠的一家賓館裡,來自世界各地的師兄弟們,難得歡聚一堂,個個興高采烈,見面不免噓寒問暖,而華藏寺開寺大典的喜慶,很快便成為大家談論的共同話題。

        房間內,大家正在熱情地交談,陣陣的歡笑聲回蕩於空間,窗外卻烏雲密佈,並且飄起了細雨。突然,我的手機響了,是一位居士打來的,他告訴我,剛才三世多杰羌佛在千里之外來電話明確地說將有佛光加持華藏寺,為華藏寺開光,所以趕緊通知我。

       我說:“太好了!可是外面天氣很壞,看得到嗎?”

       對方說:“等著看吧!我也不知道,烏雲太厚,難說了。”

       我關上手機,一個人跑出大廳外。凜冽的冷風迎面吹來,只見天昏地暗,濃雲低沉,還飄著雨絲,不要說見不到月亮,就連夜空也看不到,那裡有佛光呢?

       我回到大廳,坐在門邊的沙發上,張望窗外的天空,期待佛光的出現。過了二十多分鐘,外面依然是風急雲密,一片漆黑。

       有位同行的居士,見我坐在那裡,走過來問道:“有什麼事嗎?”

       我說:“今晚會有佛光,我在等著。”

       他非常詫異的問:“真的會有佛光嗎?這種天氣……”

       我自信的說:“一定會的,因為佛陀老人家已經說了,今晚佛光會出現,老人家講的話從來都是真實不虛的。來!我們出去看看吧!”

       我講完話,站起身來,和居士一起走到廳外。這時,細雨已不再下了,風勢緩和許多,天空的雲層慢慢地移動,烏雲分兩邊走動,中間隱隱透出亮光,我們抬頭望天,才一會兒功夫,突然天上的雲全散開了,現出藍天與一輪皎月,三圈五彩光環由小至大,團團圍住月輪。

       我興奮地合掌禮贊:“是佛光,是佛光呀!佛光真的出現了!”

       身旁的居士,仰著頭看佛光,竟然看傻了,一句話也沒說。

       我趕緊推他一下,說:“快!快!我們趕快通知大家出來看吧!這就是佛法,是佛法的展現啊!”

       大家分頭到各房間,把師兄師姊們都喊到停車場,眾人聚在一起看佛光。許多人從來沒見過佛光,這次親眼看到佛法聖跡的展現,大家都高興地歡呼起來:

       “好殊勝的佛光啊!太神奇,太不可思議了!”

       “我看到佛光了,佛光真是太壯麗了!”

       “佛法實在太偉大了!”

       天上的佛光,越來越強盛,耀眼的光輝,直接籠罩著華藏寺,為華藏寺沐浴、開光。明亮的月輪,光芒爍耀,有人見到佛光中央出現一根比月亮還要光明、還要長一些的瑪尼金剛棒慢速盤旋,一切聖境,至為祥瑞,見之全然身心喜樂,無以言狀,實乃開聖眼之先河。

       現場中,有人忙著打手機,通知親友趕緊看佛光,也有人乾脆坐在地上,雙眼直對著天看。李光鳴居士則取出了相機,不停地拍攝。

       在那種風雨飄忽、濃雲密佈的天氣裡,是不可能看得到月亮的,更不用說是出現五彩圓光繞月的聖景了,這只有真實而偉大的佛法,才能有的瑞相啊!我至尊的佛陀師父是原始報身佛多杰羌佛降世,三世多杰羌佛的成就是最頂尖的,所展顯的顯密和五明智慧、證量在佛法界中,也是無聖能與之相提並論的,那一晚佛光出現了,大家也都看見佛光了,但這哪裡只是一個看到佛光的概念呢?除了最偉大的佛法巨聖境界,誰敢對未來之事下鐵定的斷語,並且實實在在地如言所說絲毫不差?誰又有功夫本事能指揮天上的雲,讓佛光展現定位加持、月中湧顯金剛棒呢?這是非常值得眾生深思的啊!

義雲高 大師被各大教派聖德們認證為 多杰羌佛第三世 ,許多人想了解認證是怎麼回事?是誰有資格認證佛陀?他們為甚麼不在別的時間認證,而在這個時候認證?那凡夫怎麼知道被認證的佛陀是不是真的佛陀?這些問題在《 多杰羌佛第三世 》書中介紹 多杰羌佛 的成就類中第一大類的認證祝賀類的簡介中就已經回答的非常清楚了。茲引述說明如下:

認證祝賀類主要是公布佛教界的法王、仁波且、高僧們對 多杰羌佛 第三世 雲高益西諾布 頂聖如來的確認認證書及附議祝賀函原文,同時刊發法王、攝政王、仁波且、高僧們的簡介。 三世多杰羌 是經大日如來尊勝法王認證並預言的始祖古佛轉世,佛號為 三世多杰羌雲高益西諾布  。2006年,出版社發表了 雲高益西諾布 的《正法寶典》一書的校稿初版,而當世界第一流著名大法王及仁波且們見到此《法寶典》的校稿初版以後,十分感動震撼,到底是什麼聖德降世,竟然出現幾千年來佛教史上沒有出現過的證量高峰境界,法王們當下修法入定鑒定確認 ,由此而使之佛法大事因緣成熟了,這才圓滿具備歷史上第一個最圓滿完整行文確認認證祝賀。

認證 雲高益西諾布 頂聖如來為五佛之師 多杰羌佛 轉世的幾位大聖,均是當今世界第一流著名的古德大聖佛菩薩們:其中有世界著名的、文殊菩薩化身的薩迦派總教主薩迦天津大乘法王;有二十五大王臣之一的龍薩娘波尊者轉世的降陽龍多加參遍智法王阿秋大師;有格薩爾王轉世的仁增尼瑪雄獅法王;有當今藏密鄔堅喜饒喔修大師蓮花生大士法王子鄔堅寧巴,稱為全藏近代神通廣大的大聖者。

為什麼我們要專門列出認證和祝賀頂聖如來 雲高益西諾布 為 多杰羌佛第三世 、 維摩詰第二世 的轉世身份為一類呢?因為這是佛教密乘教規對仁波且菩薩們轉世確認的律制,是不可更改的法規。在佛教史上的密乘教規法定,無論是什麼地位的聖德、菩薩或佛陀轉世再來,都必須要通過著名的聖者高僧大德們的確認認證,才能確立其真實身份。否則無論經教多好、道量多高,也只能作為顯教的宏法者,是不具實質身份的再來人,包括藏密之最高領袖烏金第二佛陀蓮花生大師,其在佛法上的成就達到了佛陀的境界,但首次在西藏宏法時,由於他未持認證書,他的身份無法成立,所以被打成外道並受到迫害、放逐。為了符合藏密法規,蓮師只得回到印度,由大聖德認證後,再返回西藏,這才確立身份在西藏開啟密宗宏法利生。

根據密乘制度,無論是寧瑪、薩迦、噶舉、格魯、覺囊、噶當、希解等各派,都是以佛陀宏法利生的大事因緣為指南,由佛菩薩們一代一代轉世渡化眾生,轉世者被認證確立後稱之為諸古或仁波且、或地位升為法王,他們是哪一位聖者轉世再來的身份確定,是必須經合法的法王、大仁波且們認證的,並必須得到附議祝賀,凡未經認證而自稱是某聖德再來則為邪教或是不符合法教的天然外道。在認證方面,有地位成就較高的大菩薩認證普通的菩薩,也有普通的菩薩來認證地位較高的菩薩,有佛陀認證菩薩,也有菩薩認證佛陀。誰認證誰是與證量、地位沒有關係的,但法定是必須經具合法認證資格的仁波且認證轉世者。認證確定後,出具簽名蓋印的認證書,和大德們的附議祝賀函,此時轉世者的真實身份方可合法成立。

比如在佛教界中有些仁波且稱自己是文殊菩薩或觀音菩薩、蓮花生大師,乃至於他們的弟子也這麼恭稱他們的上師,但這是誇讚奉承,是虛吹的行為、空洞的說詞,代表不了法定的認證書,因此該仁波且被稱頌的菩薩稱號在法規裡是不成立的。轉世者的身份確定必須是依著名仁波且、有認證資格的大聖德們,嚴肅依法確認認證後並行以文憑,而且還要有仁波且們附議致以文函祝賀。凡轉世真實身份屬於合法成立的,最圓滿的必須為三聖認證,至少要一聖認證、兩聖附議才能成立轉世身份。而執行認證的聖德必須是著名的大法王,至少要攝政王或國師,附議祝賀也必須是正規的仁波且致賀函。

因此,凡是自稱或是所謂的世人公認某某人或某某喇嘛、活佛是某某菩薩轉世,而無聖德們合法確認發給認證文憑和沒有大聖仁波且的附議賀文憑者,無論是什麼樣的口頭傳言,全部屬於不成立的謠傳空洞說詞。因為對一位前世轉世到今世來的聖德,必須經合法的大法王、大仁波且們如法入定觀照,依法查出真實的前身,而不是由非大聖者的大眾如世間法選委員一樣,商量投票選舉就能定出真實身份的。所以人們公認或稱頌是不能成其為真身轉世的,凡作為普通人是看不到被認證者上一世的真實身份的,所以類屬大眾公認是不能成立的。密乘教規佛史至今,一切仁波且的轉世,都必須經正宗著名大法王或攝政王、大仁波且認證發認證書、致附議賀文,見其白紙黑字的文憑而確立。

在行文附議祝賀 多杰羌佛第三世 雲高益西諾布 頂聖如來的十證中,不僅遠遠超過十證,而且都是當今著名大聖法王和大仁波且們:有蓮花生真身轉世、舉世聞名的多智欽法王;有金剛手菩薩的轉世、享譽世界的當今寧瑪巴第一總法王的貝諾法王;有覺囊總教主吉美多吉法王;有寧瑪敏珠林寺系;有多傑扎寺掌教教主達龍哲珠法王;有達賴喇嘛和登珠法王、頂果欽哲法王的個人上師、著名的楚西法王;有薩迦茶巴法王秋吉崔欽;有噶瑪噶舉派紅寶冠法王夏瑪巴攝政王;有噶瑪噶舉派橙寶冠法王、噶瑪巴之金剛上師、攝政國師嘉察巴;有藏密佛史最著名、功德無量、成就顯赫的唐東迦波大菩薩;有敏林堪欽仁波且;有移喜措嘉佛母轉世的康卓公主仁波且;有寧瑪雪謙寺系的法王雪謙仁波且;有覺囊派阿旺班瑪南加法王;有十萬空行尊主那洛巴祖師轉世的夏珠秋揚仁波且;有『大覺之王』不變金剛多杰仁增;有第七世佐欽法王;有東藏法王仁青絨波巴絨波;有噶瑪巴杰仲綠寶冠法王;有金剛亥母化身的俊麥白瑪多吉仁波且;有長年閉關密拉日巴祖師轉世的雲登降措仁波且等等,不但圓滿合法,而且超過了三聖十證。事實上已超過一百證,無法全部收錄於書中。這也是在人類佛教史上達到各大教派最高和最多大聖法王們認證和附議恭賀的第一聖!無論是任何法王或大仁波且,在歷史上就沒有一個達到過有這麼多的文憑證書。因為認證和祝賀的聖德太多,故在這一大類刊出的部分認證、祝賀原文不是完全按照這些聖德們的等位高低而排列的。

由這些聖德們的認證和祝賀,大家就會了解, 三世多杰羌佛 雲高益西諾布 的地位身份,不僅是合法達到三聖確認的,十證恭稱附議定佛號為 三世多杰羌佛 ,而且其證量,公認是至高無上的;其成就展顯,也是公鑒為佛史第一的,沒有任何人達到過這麼高的成就展顯。

關於“ 第三世多杰羌佛 ”佛號的說明

二零零八年四月三日,由全球佛教出版社和世界法音出版社出版的《多杰羌佛第三世》記實一書在美國國會圖書館舉行了莊嚴隆重的首發儀式,美國國會圖書館並正式收藏此書,自此人們才知道原來一直廣受大家尊敬的 義雲高 大師、仰諤益西諾布大法王,被世界佛教各大教派的領袖或攝政王、大活佛行文認證,就是宇宙始祖報身佛多杰羌佛的第三世降世,佛號為第三世多杰羌佛,從此,人們就以“南無第三世多杰羌佛”來稱呼了。這就猶如釋迦牟尼佛未成佛前,其名號為悉達多太子,但自釋迦牟尼佛成佛以後,就改稱“南無釋迦牟尼佛”了,所以,我們現在稱“南無第三世多杰羌佛”。尤其是,二零一二年十二月十二日,美國國會參議院第614號決議正式以His Holiness來冠名第三世多杰羌佛(即H.H.第三世多杰羌佛),從此南無第三世多杰羌佛的稱位已定性。而且,第三世多杰羌佛也是政府法定的名字,以前的“義雲高”和大師、總持大法王的尊稱已經不存在了。但是,這個新聞是在南無第三世多杰羌佛佛號未公佈之前刊登的,那時人們還不瞭解佛陀的真正身份,所以,為了尊重歷史的真實,我們在新聞中仍然保留未法定第三世多杰羌佛稱號前所用的名字,但大家要清楚,除H.H.第三世多杰羌佛的名字是合法的以外,在未法定之前的名字已經不存在了。

特 級 國 際 大 師 — 義 雲 高

義雲高 大師是位學識廣博,造詣非凡,才藝淵橫為世界近代史上最負盛名的大學者,大師不僅在宗教信仰、人生宇宙學、哲學、科學、文學、藝術、醫學、武術等諸多方面,都有著登峰造極、驚世駭俗的成就,同時,大師更是總攝佛教宗派的三藏密典大法王。儘管大師的聲名早已遠揚五洲四海,但大師的謙遜樸實、和藹可親的待人接物態度是世上難覓罕見的。

           早在一九九一年,大師就被授予『東方藝術大師』的桂冠,在頒獎盛典上,頒獎代表高度評價『義雲高 教授不但各項成就首屈一指,他更恢復了五千年的中國固有文化』。而在一九九四年,世界詩人文化大會的四十八個國家和地區共五千六百一十二位專家學者代表更一致推定雲高大師為『特級國際大師』。但大師總認為這些褒譽太高,不願領受,而自己則以更加嚴謹、踏實的工作,為人類默默無私地作出更多的奉獻。                                                                  
    

          雲高大師總認為繪畫藝術只是人生百科全書中普通的一頁,所以他從不刻意專營於水墨丹青之中。因此有緣觀賞大師的繪畫藝術作品,就成了許多人迫不及待而又無法滿足的奢望。這次,應國際藝術出版社和許多鑒賞評論界人士相求,雲高大師才信手揀出一百餘幅畫,雅輯成這本畫集,以供世人鑒賞。

中國畫壇,人才濟濟,臥虎藏龍,給優秀的中華文化,描繪出無數壯麗輝煌的畫卷。但歷代的名家大師們,他們的技法、風格和題材,大都趨於單一,長於山水畫者,少精於花鳥,精於花鳥者,又疏於人物,如是等等。而雲高大師的中國畫藝術,論題材,無論是山水、花鳥、走獸、魚蟲、人物……論技法,不管是工筆、寫意、潑墨……無所不通,無所不精,無一不是具有真實的傳統功夫而創新的神意。這一點,早為評論家和收藏家們所肯定。公元2000年,大師的繪畫原作《 威震 》和《 大力王尊者 》分別在國際拍賣市場上創下了二百一十二萬五千三百二十七美元和二百二十萬七千九百一十二美元的高價,不僅成為世界上所有在世畫家中作品價格最高的,也創下了中國畫在拍賣市場上最高價的紀錄,各新聞媒體紛紛報導,稱讚雲高大師是真正的『 中國畫壇史無前例的巨匠 』、『 將中國畫推向世界的奠基偉人 』。

                                                                                                                   
         雲高大師一貫謙虛樸實,對自己的成就總是有十分說三分,因此,遵雲高大師之囑,不敢誇張,不敢深述,我只在此對大師的人品道德、繪畫和韻雕才藝作一最簡略的介紹,用以為序,藉惠世人。

    Statement by World Buddhism Association Headquarters

    In order that the public truly understands World Buddhism Association Headquarters and H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛), World Buddhism Association Headquarters specially states the following:

    1. We at World Buddhism Association Headquarters will assume all legal liability for the veracity of this statement.

    2. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) is the supreme world leader of Buddhism. Such a status is not self-investiture! The status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) as a Buddha did not result merely from Buddhists calling Him that out of respect. Rather, in accordance with the Buddhist system of status-recognition that is more than 1,000 years old, such status was recognized by those Dharma kings, regent Dharma kings, and eminent monastics who have status-recognition authority within Buddhism. They include Dharma King Dodrupchen, who is the sole lineage-holder of the highest Rainbow-Body Accomplishment Dharma; Dharma King Penor, who was the third supreme world-leader of the Nyingma sect; Dharma King Achuk, who was the foremost monastic of great virtue in modern Tibet; Dharma King Gongbao Dumu Quji, who is the Yidam-Dharma Initiation Master of the 17th Karmapa; Dharma King Jigme Dorje, who is the supreme world-leader of the Jonang sect; Sleep Yoga Dharma King Mindrolling Trichen, who was a master of the Dalai Lama; Dharma King Trulshik, Dharma King Taklung Tsetul, and Dharma King Chogye Trichen, all three of whom were masters of the Dalai Lama; Dharma King Jigdal Dagchen Sakya, who is the supreme leader of the Sakya sect; Regent Dharma King Shamarpa, who was a master of the 17th Karmapa; Regent Dharma King and National Master Goshir Gyaltsab, who is the Sutra-Master of the 17th Karmapa; and others. These leaders are all publicly known in current Buddhist circles to be first-rate eminent monastics and people of great virtue from various Buddhist sects. All of them have individually issued an official document of recognition or corroboration to affirm the status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). All such documents carry recognition authority according to Buddhism.

    Because H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) has received so many recognition and corroboration certificates, which total more than any leader, patriarch, or rinpoche in the history of Buddhism has received, we are unable to list here all them one by one. We invite all of you to go online to read the following website: https://ibsahq.org/buddha-data-en?id=162. Many of the Dharma kings not only issued a recognition or corroboration in writing, they also recorded their recognition or corroboration through photo or video. 

    According to the Buddhist system of status-recognition, as long as two people with recognition authority who are Dharma kings, rinpoches, or lamas recognize the status of someone, then the status of the person recognized is established. However, as history evolved, the statuses of many people were established in Buddhist circles after they were recognized by just one rinpoche with recognition authority. For example, the popularly known 14th Dalai Lama only received one recognition from one person, Reting Rinpoche V. The 17th Karmapa likewise only received two recognitions. Moreover, the one or two recognitions they received came from within their own sects.

    However, with respect to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛), the situation is completely different. His Holiness the Buddha has received over 100 recognitions and corroborations, making Him the first person in the entire history of Buddhism to have received such a large number of recognitions. Furthermore, those recognitions and corroborations did not come from just a single Buddhist sect. Rather, they were recognition documents written and issued by the top leaders of all of Buddhism and each of the major Buddhist sects. The status recognized was not the status of a rinpoche; rather, it was the status of a Buddha (Buddha Vajradhara), which is the highest holy being in the entirety of Buddhism. A Buddha is the highest leader of all of Buddhism.

    3. The accomplishments of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) in the Five Vidyas are the highest in the history of Buddhism. Shakyamuni Buddha, the supreme leader of Buddhism in our Saha world, prescribed in the sutras that “Bodhisattvas must possess the Five Vidyas.” Since Bodhisattvas must possess the Five Vidyas, a Buddha must all the more be a champion in the Five Vidyas.

    Perusing historical records, one finds that in the history of human civilization, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) has been the only one who has reached the pinnacle of accomplishment in the Five Vidyas, whether in terms of worldly or transcendental accomplishments. His Holiness is the pre-eminent, tremendously holy one within Buddhism who truly meets the criteria of “perfect mastery of exoteric and esoteric Buddhism, and perfect accomplishments in the Five Vidyas” as prescribed by Shakyamuni Buddha!

    The accomplishments of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) are too numerous to mention and too exceptional to describe. From poetry, iambic verses, odes and songs, to calligraphy and writing, to medicine and healing, to paintings and sculptures, to science, technology, and craftsmanship, to the teachings and principles of the Buddhist scriptures, to the absolute truth of the Dharma, and to the intrinsic reality of all phenomena, His Holiness has unimpeded proficiency and wondrous excellence in all of these fields without exception. No other person in history can be found who is comparable.

    With respect to the Craftsmanship Vidya alone, there has been for many years an open offer with huge reward money for anyone who can duplicate certain sculptures or the painting “Dragon-Carp Playing in a Lotus Pond,” all of which were created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). The reward is still being offered to this day, but no one has yet been able to reproduce such artworks through their own sculpting knife or painting brush! If you cannot duplicate it, you can ask someone else to attempt a successful duplication. If anyone is successful, we will admit right away that these were not the products of the enlightenment and wisdom of a Buddha!  

    Based on the real accomplishments mentioned above and the recognition and corroboration certificates that accord with the Buddhist system of recognition, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) is a true Buddha. A Buddha is the original entity that all Buddhists take refuge in and learn from. The appellation of “Buddha” indicates one with the greatest and highest state of enlightenment in all of Buddhism. No patriarch or Dharma king within any sect of Buddhism is qualified to have a status above that of a Buddha! At present, in this world, there is only one Buddha who is the highest leader of Buddhism—H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) . There is no other!

    H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) is inherently a Buddha. A Buddha is relied upon by all Buddhists as the one from whom they learn and receive teachings. Not only is His Holiness the Buddha the model that we at World Buddhism Association Headquarters follow and learn from, numerous other Buddhist organizations also rely on, follow, and learn from Him. Buddhists learn from the words of as well as the personal example set by His Holiness the Buddha. They have set up Dharma-listening centers to listen to and learn from the audio-recorded Dharma imparted by His Holiness the Buddha. Furthermore, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) is the only tremendously holy being in the history of Buddhism who does not accept any offerings but simply serves all people voluntarily.

    4. Even though H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) is an authentic Buddha, His point of view regarding His status has remained consistent. His Holiness the Buddha clearly expressed His attitude through His words that were published alongside the two contrasting photos showing the reversal of His appearance from old age to youthfulness. Which of those words carry the slightest element of self-boasting? H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) said, “Although the title of Buddha has been legally affirmed in my name, the name Dorje Chang Buddha III means nothing to me. I am not a Bodhisattva, not an Arhat, not a venerable one, not a Dharma king, and not a rinpoche. I am not a holy person. I am one with a heart of humility."

    5. When H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was still living in China, because He propagated Buddhism and upheld justice and morality, He was persecuted by some people in the Chinese public security system. On August 1, 1999, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) came to the United States with a valid visa and subsequently settled down here. During the almost twenty years since then, His Holiness the Buddha has never returned to China even once. However, on June 20, 2002, the Chinese public security bureau in Shenzhen went so far as to groundlessly fabricate the allegation that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) “in April of 2000 in Shenzhen, sold a building to Liu Juan, defrauding Liu Juan out of RMB150 million.” They used this pretext to establish a case and started to persecute H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) and some of His disciples.

    Since H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) was in the United States throughout the month of April 2000, how could He possibly have gone to Shenzhen to sell any building? On the contrary, it was some public security agents who bulldozed the only residence that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) had in China, without giving any compensation at all. Public security personnel took away more than 700 paintings and calligraphic works that were painstakingly created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). As of today, there is no trace of the whereabouts of those artworks. Public security agents also arrested some disciples of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, changed their names, and secretly incarcerated them.

    Meanwhile, since those public security personnel were afraid that the truth would come out about their embezzlement of paintings and calligraphic works by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) , they made use of certain news media that were under their control. The day before the case against disciples of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) was to be heard in court, newspaper media were already spreading rumors that the trial resulted in a guilty verdict and were defaming H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) and His disciples as being bad people who defraud others. The public security personnel went even further by requesting INTERPOL to issue warrants for the arrest of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) and some of His disciples.

    However, after conducting an investigation into the case, INTERPOL found that the details of the case provided by the Chinese public security bureau were not true and that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) and His disciples did not commit any fraud. On such basis, between October 30-31, 2008, during the 72nd Session of The Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files held in Leon, France, INTERPOL reached the decision to cancel the arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). Also, during the time INTERPOL was investigating this case, China likewise found out through investigation that the facts are that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) did not commit any fraud or crime. Therefore, on June 11, 2008, on its own initiative, China requested that INTERPOL withdrawal the arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). His Holiness the Buddha underwent thorough investigation by INTERPOL and was found not to have committed any crime. China requested the withdrawal of the arrest warrant. This clearly demonstrates how law-abiding H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) Buddha III is and how morally pure His conduct is. That is why He was found to be innocent of any crime or offense!  

    However, such a holy and pure person was not commended for this. On the contrary, a small number of people who do not understand the truth have assisted evildoers in defaming H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). Does this kind of conduct have any morality to speak of? What kind of lowly character do such people have? Does this kind of news media have any credibility? Although the arrest warrant for H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) was canceled a long time ago, those who embezzled paintings and calligraphic works of His Holiness the Buddha continue to circulate the cancelled, nulled arrest warrant on the internet and in newspapers to delude the public and prevent the case from being re-opened for investigation.

    To minimize the likelihood of people being duped, an inquiry was made to INTERPOL through legal channels. In response to that inquiry, on November 19, 2009, INTERPOL specially issued a letter to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). The letter clearly states that China requested that the arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) be cancelled and that such arrest warrant no longer exists. INTERPOL also notified all of its member countries that they cannot use this arrest warrant as a pretext to detain H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛).

    Attached hereto is the official letter issued by INTERPOL. It must be clearly stated that this letter from INTERPOL uses the name Yungao Yi. Spelled according to the Pinyin transliteration system, this is the secular name that was used by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III more than twenty years ago while He was in China. Also, the lower-left corner of this letter from INPERPOL originally contained the residential address of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛). For the sake of security and privacy, the address has been omitted. However, every other part of the entire letter is the identical copy of the original. Not even one word was altered.

    This is the truth about the INTERPOL arrest warrant against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛)! We ask all of you to think about something—Is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) a person of noble morality or a villain who has committed a crime? Additionally, multiple times over the past many years, the so-called victims in this fabricated case—Liu Juan and Lau Pak Hun—have separately written statements or held press conferences proving that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) not only never swindled them, He instead selflessly helped them. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III(H.H.第三世多杰羌佛) is a good person who selflessly benefits the public.

    Office of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha IIIAnnouncement No. 62 (02/06/2022)

    On January 1, 2022, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III imparted a Dharma for living beings in His Vajra Mandala in Las Vegas on “Greed Can Destroy One’s Realizations,” also titled “Greed is the Foremost Culprit in Destroying One’s Realization.” After Namo Dorje Chang Buddha IIIimparted Dharma, Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, saw the flowers offered by disciples in the Mandala, then gave a short Discourse: When offering flowers, we must do so with utmost sincerity. There are four main types of flowers for offering to Buddhas: peony, orchid, sunflower, and lotus. Many other flowers, such as Chinese peony 芍藥, should not be offered to Buddhas. After Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, gave the Discourse, She blessed each disciple in the Mandala with a Vajra pill, then announced that she will bear dark karma for living beings.

    On the evening of January 4, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III summoned four types of disciples and told them: “Now being the Dharma Ending Era, living beings’ dark karmic forces are too heavy and getting worse. Fomu cannot bear them on Her own. This time, I am going to bear the dark karma together with Fomu for living beings. Therefore, starting tomorrow, I will go into seclusion to perform Dharma. During this period, I will no longer see you! As long as each of you cultivate yourself in accordance with the Dharma, you will attain liberation.”

    After some days, when the disciple Tsemeng 翟芒 rushed to Las Vegas to see if His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was well, the Buddha said to him: “Tsemeng, in the Dharma Ending Age, the dark karmic forces of living beings are too heavy. When I said I would bear dark karma for living beings, those were not empty words. To bear dark karma is not to enter dhyāna, but rather, truly and continuously practice shifting the mind-consciousness to suffer on behalf of living beings. What Fomu and I said is what we do. At all times,we must think about bringing auspiciousness, serenity, happiness, and peace to living beings and to the world,to the extent of giving our all and even our lives. I have already brought true Buddha Dharma to this world. Everyone who practices in accordance with The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation and Imparting the Absolute Truth Through the Heart Sutra will surely attain liberation. That’s all. I wish all living beings happiness.”

    From then on, other than giving instructions to Dharma King Jinba 金巴法王 and Dharma King Mohe 摩訶法王, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III did not impart Dharma openly. After almost a month of bearing dark karma for living beings, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, looked very sick. In the past few decades, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III had often borne dark karma for living beings, sometimes for a month or two, during which He looked seriously ill. Yet once His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III had completed that particular deed of bearing dark karma, Hewould immediately be full of energy as usual.One second, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III was a gravely ill patient, the next second, He would be strong and healthy without any sickness. That’s why the close disciples have gotten used to that. However, this time, Buddhist disciples did not see His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III or Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, return to the human world. Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, have peacefully entered parinirvana and returned to the Sambhogakaya Buddha Land.

    His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III, the supreme Primordial Sambhogakaya Buddha and the foremost master in the Dharma realm, came to this world to benefit living beings, and has now left this world as a result of benefitting living beings. All that His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III did have always been for the sole purpose of benefitting living beings. His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III is always of holy purity! Always altruistic! Always selfless! All of us Buddhist disciples must be grateful to the supremely great compassion and empathy of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva. We must truly repent our sins and beseech Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and Fomu to return to this world!

    Among all Buddhas in the Dharma realm, Dorje Chang Buddha is the Primordial Buddha, the first Buddha with form, and the only Supreme Lord of Buddhism throughout the entire universe. Dorje Chang Buddha propagated Dharma throughout the universe, hence, all other Buddhas and Great Mahasattvas learned Dorje Chang Buddha’s Dharma and cultivation to attain holy state and liberation, and eventually became Buddhas and Great Bodhisattvas. Dorje Chang Buddha is the primordial ancestor of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Samantabhadra, the Dharmakaya from which Dorje Chang Buddha perfectly manifested, is the Tathagata that has no form at all. The words and deeds of Dorje Chang Buddha are the compass and guiding principles of cultivation for all ordinary and holy beings in the universe.

    To help Shakyamuni Buddha, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha II —Venerable Virmalakirti—applied His supreme wisdom and limitless supernormal power to edify Hinayana Arhats who then advanced themselves and eventually became Mahayana Bodhisattvas who helped living beings attain liberation. And, innumerable living beings attained liberationby learning the teachings of Venerable Virmalakirti.

    After coming to the sahā world with the Buddha level enlightenment of the Primordial Sambhogakaya Buddha, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III established countless number one records in the world, every one of which was for the sake of benefiting living beings. At a very young age, He saved others without any regard to His own life and was honored with the title “Young Hero.” As He grew older, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III applied His inherent Healing Vidya to heal the sick, purely on a voluntary basis. More than 500 patients used to seek His help every day. His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III never accepted one penny from them. Plaques and pennants with words of gratitude sent by the recovered piled up in the Buddha’s house.

    As His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III continued to benefit living beings on a larger scale, the Central Newsreels and Documentary Studio of China produced a documentary, “One Who Is Dedicated to Advance Himself,” about His life and work. The film was shown nationwide.

    In 1987, the highly respected young His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was named Chairman of the Chinese Painting Research Association of the National Commission of China for UNESCO. Honorary chairpersons of the Association included Liao Jingdan 廖井丹, Li Wenqing 李文清, Lü Ji 呂驥, Yuan Xiaoyuan 袁曉園, Wu Zhangshu 吳丈蜀, Qian Juntao 錢君匋, Xie Zhiliu 謝稚柳, and others. Advisors to the Association included Luo Zhanglong 羅章龍, Zhang Kejia 臧克家, and so forth.

    In 1992, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was accorded the “Art Maestro of the East” title. In 1994, during the fourth conference of the World Poets and Culture Congress held in Hungary, 5,612 experts and scholars unanimously voted to confer the “Preeminent Distinguished International Master” title, which was a Head of State level honor, to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III. The conferment certificate was signed by Juan Antonio Samaranch, the then President of the International Olympic Committee. In the same year, the Museum of Master Yi Yungao officially opened in Dayi 大邑, the hometown of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III in Sichuan. That was the first memorial museum in China, or even in the world, being built by a government for a living person.

    In 1995, when His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III went from Mainland China to visit Taiwan for the first time, Taiwanese people spontaneously gave His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III an overwhelmingly ceremonious welcome. More than 20,000 people went to the airport to greet and pay respect to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III. A motorcade of more than 1,700 cars followed the lead of police motorcycles to escort His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III from the airport to the hotel. That became the largest welcoming event in human history. Within the short three weeks that His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III stayed in Taiwan, General Chiang Wei-kuo 蔣緯國, former Secretary-General of the Taiwan National Security Council, and many other high level government officials formally requested to become disciples of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III. They expressed that they wanted to truly emulate the noble morality, humanistic ethics, thoughts, and deeds of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III.

    After His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III moved to the United States, His noble morality and unparalleled achievements won the love and admiration of the American people from all walks of life. In 2002, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was presented with the “Presidential Gold Medal” by the Commissioner to the President’s Advisory Commission on Asian Americans, on behalf of President Bush.

    In 2003, the Organization of American States, composing of 34 countries including the United States, Canada, and Mexico,organized the Master Wan Ko Yee Yun Sculpture Exhibition in Washington D.C. at the Capitol of the United States. The Master Wan Ko Yee Yun Sculpture Exhibition was also held at the Congressional Office Building. That was the first time the U.S. Congress held an art exhibition in their Congressional Office Building. Visitors expressed their praises in the guest book, exclaiming that the exhibition was “unprecedented,” and that the artworks were “treasures brought to the human realm by God.”

    In 2004, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was named “Fellow” of the Royal Academy of Arts in the U.K.. Professor Phillip King, President of the Royal Academicians of the Royal Academy of Arts, presented the certificate to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III at the British Embassy in Washington D.C., capital of the United States. The Cultural Attaché of the British Embassy personally attended the ceremony. Professor Phillip King stated that His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was the first artist ever accorded this title in their renowned academy’s more than 200-year history.

    The mayor of the U.S. capital Washington D.C.pronounced January 19, 2011 as “His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III Day” and called on people to salute to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III.

    His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was also accorded the “King Legacy Award for International Service & Leadership” by An International Salute to The Life and Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.. Dozens of great honors have also been presented to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III by U.S. senators, members of the House of Representatives, governors, and governments of all levels.

    More remarkably exceptional, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III was awarded the 2010 World Peace Prize Top Honor Prize, presented to Him at the United States Congress on June 14, 2011 at the U.S. Capitol. On occasions of the holy birthday of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III, the U.S. Congress has held ceremonies to raise the national flag to celebrate, and President Trump and President Biden have sent personal congratulations.

    In 2018, the World Peace Prize Awarding Council and the World Peace Prize Religious Leader Title Awarding Council resolved that His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was the Pope of Buddhism of this world and decided to present the Pope of Buddhism Scepter to Him. Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III, however, did not accept the Scepter, but returned it instead. In September 2020, the World Peace Prize Awarding Council and the World Peace Prize Religious Leader Title Awarding Council made a joint resolution that solemnly stated, “The title, status, and authority of the Pope of Buddhism belong only to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III and cannot be exercised by anyone else. This is a permanent and unalterable determination!” The two Councils also entrusted the World Buddhism Association Headquarters to present the Pope of Buddhism Scepter on their behalf to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III.

    Upon coming to this world, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III immediately started teaching and saving living beings. He has always called Himself a “nameless cultivator.” His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III voluntarily served living beings and did not accept any offerings. One incident clearly shows how Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III taught and saved living beings selflessly. At the Heart Sutra Mandala on Xinhua West Road, Chengdu, Dharma Master Guozhang 果章法師 once recounted to some people that when he received initiation from His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III on Paoma Mountain 跑馬山, His Holiness the Buddha was only two and a half years old! After the identity of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III being the true incarnation of the Primordial Buddha was formally recognized by Dharma kings, regent Dharma kings, and great rinpoches of major Buddhist sects in written congratulations and corroboration letters, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III continued, as always, to teach and save living beings solely on a voluntary basis, and whole-heartedly devoted Himself to serving living beings. Whenever people made offerings to His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III, whether they were big or small offerings, in amounts as little as one dollar or as large as a few million US dollars, in the form of 37 acres of land in the city of San Francisco, or even a planeload or a shipload of gold, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III categorically refused to accept. His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was whole-heartedly dedicated to serving living beings voluntarily.

    In the many years that His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III was propagating Dharma to save living beings, He imparted more than 2,000 Dharma Discourses in response to living beings’ levels and karmic conditions. Those Dharma Discourses were audio-recorded, and some of which such as What Is Cultivation 什麽叫修行, Sutra on Understanding and Realizing Definitive Truth 了義經, Imparting the Absolute Truth Through the Heart Sutra 藉心經說真諦, and Learning from Buddha 學佛, have been published into books. Not only did His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III reveal the truth about humanity and the universe, He also elucidated the truths relevant to various stages of practices, from elementaryto profound accomplishment levels.

    In restoring Buddhist texts to their original meaning, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III pointed out that the morning and evening chants used in Buddhist temples nowadays had been tampered with by the descendants of Mara, and those texts are filled with evil views and fallacies. Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has corrected many errors made by patriarchs and translators in their interpretations of Dharma principles, and directly revealed the chaotic phenomena in Buddhism during this Dharma Ending Era. His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III pointed out the path that everyone who wants to attain liberation must take: That is to build our foundation on practicing cultivation. After cultivating ourselves well, we can then learn Dharma, and naturally attain liberation and accomplishment. The correct truths and Dharmas imparted by His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III enable listeners to develop their wisdom and good fortune, to help each other, care about each other, and be compassionate to all living beings.

    In different countries, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has performed great Dharmas including Holy Amrita Bestowed by Buddhas 佛降甘露, Xianliang Great Perfection 現量大圓滿, Holy Fire Offering 勝義火供, Vajra Faman Determination by Holy Selection 金剛法曼擇決, Hayagrīva Raja Water Mandala Bead Divination 馬頭明王水壇珠卦, Determination by Holy Selection on the Regression or Progression on the Bodhi Path 菩提道損減增益法, Guaranteed Delivery to Buddha Land Dharma 保送法, Vajra Array 金剛陣, and Eight Wind Array 八風陣, all of which manifested authentic holy states, enabling living beings to see with their own eyes that Buddha Dharmas are scientific, have veritable power, and absolutely are not just empty talk or theory. More importantly, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has brought The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation to living beings in the sahā world, showing humanity the shortcut to attaining liberation.     In The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III has made the biggest and highest vow in the entire Dharma realm, “I bear all the sinful karma for living beings, I give living beings all the good karma and merit that I have planted.” Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has actualized the greatest and holiest vow, sacrificed His life to save the lives of numerous living beings, and returned to the Sambhogakaya Buddha Land!

    Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III was, historically, the first Buddha to have received the largest, unprecedented number of status-recognition and congratulatory letters by top level great Dharma kings and rinpoches.

    Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III was recognized with the highest status in history: an Ancient Buddha.

    Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is the first Ancient Buddha who manifested perfect mastery in Exoteric and Esoteric Buddhism, and perfection of the Five Vidyas. No one else has been able to accomplish the same in the past few thousand years.

    Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III manifested Buddha-level wisdom in the creation of Yun Sculpture, which nobody has been able to replicate. Historically, this is the first art form that cannot be replicated.

    Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III had the largest number of disciples who attained accomplishments; for example: Dharma King Daxila of the Tsalpa Kagyu Sect attained the rainbow body; respected layperson Wang Lingze 王靈澤 and Dharma King Gar Tongstan attained freedom from death and rebirth and passed away in a sitting meditative pose; Dharma Master Puguan 普觀法師 and Elder Monk Wuming 悟明長老 attained incorruptible flesh bodies; the Elder Monk Yizhao 意昭老和尚 vowed to return to the sahā world to save living beings; and many others.

    Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has transmitted Dharma to disciples and invoked Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva to come at a specific time to take the disciple to the Buddha Land; even non-Buddhists saw with their own eyes when the disciple Zhao Yusheng 趙玉勝 was taken away by Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva. Some disciples, such as Hou Yushan 侯欲善 and Lin Liu Hui-Hsiu 林劉惠秀, were able to visit the World of Ultimate Bliss, then return to the human world before ascending at a specific time to the Buddha Land. The above listed are just a few examples of the numerous Buddhist disciples who followed Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and attained liberation.

    Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III possessed Buddha-level physical constitution and physical strength that are unmatched in the world. Just about a little more than a month ago, on December 23, 2021, at the Holy Miracles Temple, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III lifted the Supreme Holy Vajra Pestle that weighs 437.2 pounds, by using just four fingers to hook on to the Pestle, lifted it up, and held it for more than 13 seconds, surpassing His own base weight standard by 72 levels. Taizun Poshan Waxiang 破山瓦象太尊 asserted: “In this world, from the ancient past up to now, and even before Maitreya Bodhisattva attain Buddhahood, no ordinary or holy being will be able to lift the Buddha Pestle that Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III lifted, surpassing His own base weigh standard by 72 levels!”

    The morality of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is so noble, His accomplishments so great, and the holy miracles He performed so numerous that it is impossible for us to list them all. What was listed above was just a drop in the ocean. If we were to tell you about all the magnificent feats of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III, it would take more than ten days and ten nights. The magnificent greatness of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is not limited to His well-respected humanistic ethics, His noble personality and morality, His erudition, His distinguished accomplishments, His selfless compassion toward humanity and all living beings, and His passion in teaching and actualizing the practice of Buddha Dharma.Through altruistic endeavors, His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III truthfully, sincerely, and persistently actualized the principle of compassion, and He diligently worked toward the development of world peace. Many people are moved and motivated by His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III. Many people in this world aspire to Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III as their model, referencing His state of morality as their standard, and using His teachings as guidance to elevate their own morality and to benefit living beings. In doing so, not only have they fulfilled happiness in their lives, but many of them have ascended to the Buddha Land, attained freedom from death and rebirth, or attained even higher states of realization and accomplishments.

    More importantly, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III pointed out a bright path for humanity to stay far away from violence, a path that leads to benevolence and loving kindness, successful endeavors, happy families, peace in humanity, and prosperity in societies. Throughout different countries and regions in the world, more and more people of different ethnicities and cultures are actively learning and following the teachings of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III to cultivate themselves and benefit living beings. Consequently, they have greatly elevated the level of morality in society, advanced human civilization, motivating more and more people in this world to become good, kind, and ethical people, and enabling the world to become an auspicious and green planet. These are the tremendous and inexhaustible contributions that Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has brought to all human and other sentient beings in this world, so they may increase their happiness.

    Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, Professor Yuhua Shouzhi Wang, was profoundly erudite. She was a top world-class art master who had been officially conferred with the “International First Class Artist” title and certificate. Professor Yuhua Shouzhi Wang was the Lifetime Honorary Chairwoman of the International Art Museum of America, and an all-rounded painter whose versatility has never been seen before in history. Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, stands at the summit of world-class artistry in both Western oil painting and Eastern ink painting and founded the Imagery-Naturalism painting style. The paintings of Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, have been exhibited in the Gold Room at the United States Congress, in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Bangkok, as well as at the Palais du Louvre in Paris. Every one of Her exhibitions was overwhelmingly well received, sending shockwaves throughout the art world. Art critics and renowned painters from Europe and Asia acclaimed that every one of her paintings is the apex of art, at the Class of Ease, and an inspiration to future generations. The accomplishments in her water lily and lotus paintings “have never been attained by anyone before and will inspire generations to come.” In August 2021, the Art Who’s Who Museum of Paintings in Dialogue organized theshow “Claude Monet and Yuhua Shouzhi Wang: An Exhibition of Water Lily Paintings in Dialogue” in Southern California. Visitors were overwhelmingly enthusiastic; art collectors and critics acclaimed that Professor Yuhua Shouzhi Wang was indeed an International First Class Artist whose artistry is at the same level as great masters such as Da Vinci, Gauguin, Van Gogh, and Monet.

    Fomu is a Great Mahasattva who is the perfect embodiment of great wisdom and compassion, noble morality, kindness, altruism, and selflessness. She always considers other people’s well-being and is humble and very approachable. The compassion and kindness of Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, are pure and flawless. For example, in 2015, someone sneaked into the International Art Museum of America in San Francisco and tried to steal an artwork that had been acclaimed by the World Federation of UNESCO (WFUCA). This person was arrested by the police on site and subsequently detained. Since the artwork that he tried to steal was one of Fomu’s masterpieces, the court repeatedly requested Fomu to provide a valuation of the artwork, so that they could use her valuation to determinethe term for sentencing. When Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, knew about this person’s distress, She provided a statement saying that the artwork was rather ordinary and had no value. The court had no way of sentencing the person to any term and had to release him.

    Another time, Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, saved a butterfly that had fallen into the water. Worried about the butterfly’s safety, Fomu brought it home and kept it for a few days to make sure the butterfly is well-recovered before letting it fly away. Fomu relentlessly led disciples to conduct life-releases. She went every week to woodlands to feed ducks and birds and never missed a week. She paid for it with Her own money and never accepted offerings from Buddhist disciples. Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, is well known for Her diligence and thriftiness. For many decades, the noble Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, always cooked Her own meals and washed Her own clothes. She never entrusted others to do Her chores. She would save the food that She could not finish eating and finish it the next day or two. She was never wasteful. Usually, Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, would even save the water that She did not finish drinking, the water used for washing vegetables or hands, or wastewater from the filter and use it for irrigating flowers or flushing toilet. Through Her deeds, the Great Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, was teaching us how to start with the small things, cherish our good fortune, and actualize our cultivation practices.It is impossible to recount all the numerous exemplary deeds of Fomu.

    Wherever Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, went, dragon Dharma protectors were present, and holy miracles manifested. When Fomu performed initiation and transmitted Dharma, holy states were manifested. For example, at the Antelope Valley, Fomu’s hat turned into a black garuda. In New Jersey, the hair of Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, suddenly went up and wrapped around a tall building in Manhattan on the opposite shore. In San Francisco, a twin Buddha light suddenly appeared, centered around where Fomu stood. All cultivators are touched by the compassion and morality of Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasatva.

    Now, for the sake of saving our lives and our happiness, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, have sacrificed themselves and went to the Sambhogakaya Buddha Land. Great Holy Gurus have said: “When learning from Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and Fomu, Holy Mother the Great Mahasattva, we must not do any bad deeds, and do all kinds of good deeds. We must respectfully listen to the audio-recorded Dharma Discourses imparted by Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and use the teachings of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III to examine our every word and deed. We must actualize the teachings of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III by sincerely carrying them out in our practice. Only in this way can we become a good person of noble morality who compassionately benefits others. From there, we can then advance ourselves to become holy beings with attainment of liberation from death and rebirth. More importantly, we must pass on the teachings of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III from one generation to another, so that humanity in the sahā world can learn the Buddha Dharma taught by Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III to serve other people, attain liberation, and eventually, everyone will attain liberation!

    望大家看到以下公告,互相傳遞功德無量

    經過這兩年對為師者和行人們的書面考試,從實踐中驗證出,具有尊者、法王、大活佛、法師稱號之上師身分的人,他們的經律論書面答卷成績,百分之九十八的為師者都沒有考過六十分,有的法王、活佛,只考到二十幾分。旺扎上尊說:「我一直認為社會上有很多著書立說的法王、大活佛、堪布、法師、居士,存在著嚴重違經叛教的邪說,恩師羌佛對我說:『你的認為有些理,但不盡然,聞聽我說法的那些上師級的人物,也好不到哪裡!大多數的沒有真修行,並沒有如法按照我的教法去做的。』現在看來這些聽聞南無第三世多杰羌佛法音的法王、活佛、法師,確實是如佛陀師父所說的,並沒有幾個按南無羌佛的法義教導去如實修學的,對南無羌佛的法義教導十分之二、三都沒有得到,整體看來比沒有聞聽南無第三世多杰羌佛法音的那些法王、活佛、法師、居士雖然要好一些,但畢竟對經律論佛法還不甚通曉,如此佛理見地,不由得讓本總部擔心眾生被誤導,鑒於此,總部馬上進行了調查,發現竟然有幾位在世上名聲響亮的為師者,不但胡亂編講開示,還自己借用經律論上的一些句子,進行斷章取義,混進自己的邪說造句,胡亂編竄修行、修法、回向、發願、戒律條例規定,以假儀軌、假佛法,讓弟子照辦修學,以此控制弟子效忠他們。借用修寺廟精舍等收供養,殊不知,修寺廟精舍,有功德無量,有罪業無窮的差別,你供養的資金是用在大聖德主持的場所呢?還是破戒邪師主持的場所呢?你的那位上師是真聖德嗎?是幾釦幾段聖德呢?明確告知行人們,據我確切所知,真正能為大家增長無量功德的寺廟是聯合國際世界佛教總部將要修的古佛寺聖蹟寺,與其他寺廟是完全不同的,有天地之差,乃至是天堂與惡道之別,也許你們想問個為什麼這麼奇怪,因為古佛寺將敬請南無第三世多杰羌佛主持,這是任何上師的功德力都無法沾上邊際的,旺扎上尊說:「我旺扎都不具資格主持這功德無量的寺廟,只能沾一點邊。捐贈這兩所寺廟才是真正為自己建立功德,其他的寺廟就得根據主持者的級別和正邪知見來判斷,有功還是無功,有多少功多少惡業,如果你資助錯了,不但無功,反而惡業上身。」以上提到的佛教外行,在違經叛教邪知邪見中,犯下了不同的錯誤和罪業,有的錯行少一點,但也有意無意冒稱聖者,只能說還沒有到妖魔地步,有的就是徹頭徹尾的邪惡妖師,誤害弟子,把大家帶入三惡道中。總部曾再三公告,沒有達到三段金釦大聖德地位的上師(三段金釦也就是大祖師級的大聖德),是沒有資格作開示的,哪裡還有資格編寫竄改修學法章呢!!!不通經律論法必然錯誤妖論,更況自己編寫的東西不具法脈傳承,因此沒有傳承悉地的加持力,凡跟著修煉的弟子們,必然惡業纏身!現特通告,希望一切行人為了自己不被所害,應把你們上師傳給你們的修學課本,唸誦的那些文句,速傳總部,以便鑑定,看是否為傳承正派的佛教。現在經考試已徹底證明了,百分之九十八的人都還在佛法、佛教、佛學門外徘徊,自己都還未通達法門,竟然還大膽違法竄改傳承法章,黑業太大!如果你的上師不同意把他教給你們的那些東西交來總部審查,或者你擔心曾發過願、賭過咒效忠他,不敢違背誓願,這時你應該很清醒想一個原則問題,如果你的上師是魔君、妖孽、山精、水怪、血光厲鬼,你也要堅持你的發誓效忠於他,你最後獲得的必然是三惡道罪報,因此在邪惡面前發的誓,切不可執行,反而要當下懺悔,改惡向善,你的上師是邪是正,一切要觀察他考試的段位,以佛陀所說的128條知見鑑證他,就會知道他是什麼人了,或者把你所學修煉的法本,拿來經聖考應證鑑定,就會當下看到是正是邪了,只有這樣佛教徒才會安全,才會行於正道,否則悲慘永恆。現已有幾位為師者,在還沒有看到公告之前,就交出了他編寫的邪論亂章,這是值得表揚的,說明他知錯能自覺懺悔,能改就具善可諒了。望看到通知的為師者們,如果你未證到三段金釦大聖德,又竄改了經律論、摘句抄章,編寫了沒有傳承的修學課本,要當下深刻懺悔,通知你教的人停止修學你竄改的課本,及時把資料寄到總部,由旺扎上尊根據你原有的錯罪文句更正後(當然也有統一的傳承儀軌,那是要經過灌頂傳授的),再交給你本人,由你發放給你的那些人,重新修學。上尊說:「我的恩師南無第三世多杰羌佛教導我們說:『這個世界上有兩種人,一種人有自知之明,另一種人是自作聰明,前者是會稟持眾善奉行,諸惡莫作的原則,知道哪些事該做,哪些事不該做,不錯因果。後者是自私自利,圖為惡業,謊言騙人,以為避過了大家,終歸還得露出馬腳,假的畢竟是假的,古云“要得人不知,除非己莫為”。』違戒騙人的為師者們,要清楚你做了壞事是隱瞞不了的,就算你擋住了部分人沒有上交,但總有一些人會傳來你給他們修學的課本求證的,那時你的後果悲慘,這是因果,如果是這樣,我將根據你的邪論原文公諸於眾,胡來亂講的為師者們,你們願意主動交上來審查呢,還是願意繼續危害欺騙大家,等到公諸於眾的這一天呢?到那時,南無第三世多杰羌佛救不了你的,南無釋迦牟尼佛也救不了你的,我旺扎慚愧比丘根本就不救你,因為我的職責是保護正法,清除邪說,利益行人大眾,教育妖師騙子。大家還要注意,這一次你們主動交來,我為你們更改後,我不會點名批判,但以後如果重蹈覆轍,舊步邪途,再胡編亂說,矇騙大眾,就不會出現原諒的機會了。」
